HOW WE DO IT
We have our own dedicated team of in-house Developers, Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Project Managers. All work is done on a cost-plus or flat-fee GMP basis with open-book, transparent accounting. You’ll know what we pay for each hour of labor and each piece of material. You pay only these charges, a project overhead fee and a flat percentage fee of costs for us to coordinate and manage your project.
WHY WE DO IT
The most common Client complaint in construction is lack of accountability and finger-pointing on project issues. We eliminate this by allowing you to get all the information you need about your project with one phone call. All coordination between trades, Architects, Engineers and site Supervisors is handled directly by a dedicated Project Manager assigned only to your project.

Our books are open at all times for your review. We insist on complete project transparency for your protection and peace of mind.
