Tri-Strength was founded in Orlando, Florida in October 2007. Over nearly two decades we have delivered hundreds of commercial, industrial and residential projects — from restaurants and retail to warehouses, hospitals, schools and multifamily towers.
Our story
We started with a simple promise: give owners and investors one partner they can trust from the first site visit to the certificate of occupancy (CO).
Today our team brings more than a century of combined experience in development, design and construction, serving national brands, local entrepreneurs and international investors entering the U.S. market.
